Refund policy
Most items purchased on our website may be returned for store credit or a refund of the item's purchase price if returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Items returned that are not in their original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. In addition, on substantial orders of more than $500 with free shipping, and on orders of furniture, lighting or rugs, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. Products involving assembly that are assembled are no longer considered to be in original condition and may not be returned under our policy. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Return shipment costs are also the responsibility of the buyer.
We kindly ask that all return eligibility is reviewed prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, items marked as non-returnable are considered final sale. Any requests made post-shipment will be reviewed on a case by case basis and are subject to BEAM’s approval.
Please note that furniture, lighting, Made-To-Order, Beam-exclusive items, large-volume orders, and sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on such items.
