Rentals

Rentals are available exclusively to approved trade clients (e.g., design, staging and film professionals). The standard rental period is 1 week from the date of delivery or pickup. Extensions may be requested in advance and are subject to approval by our team. 

All rental items must be purchased in full at the time of order. Upon return and inspection, if items are in good, resellable condition, a 70% refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

Returned items must be in their original condition, free of damage, excessive wear, or alteration. If an item is returned damaged or deemed unsellable, the full purchase price will be retained. The client is responsible for the item from the time of delivery until it is returned and accepted by our team. 

Staff must photograph all rental items before dispatch to document renting condition. Clients are encouraged to photograph items upon receipt and before return for their records.
