JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented person to join our growing company as a Data Entry Specialist.  

This person will help support our E-commerce business by ensuring that all data on our website is accurate, up-to-date, and presentable. The ideal candidate is a tenacious multi-tasker who has experience navigating web-based technology in a timeline-driven environment. Candidate must also be a team player who enjoys creating and contributing to a positive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use your knowledge and skills obtained through experience and training to accurately migrate data to our site  
• Work autonomously and efficiently to complete projects in coordination with deadlines 
• Comfortable working with web-based technology 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience with Shopify is required 
• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel is required 
• Intermediate data entry skills are required 
• Exceptional attention to detail is required 
• Exceptional writing and communication skills is required 
• Exceptional organizational skills is required 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is a plus 
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
