Everyone should have an amazing apartment or home that they love to come to home to.  We're here to help you create your dream space -- whether you're looking to create a sanctuary from hectic city life, a space to entertain friends, colleagues, and family, or like most people, a little bit of both. 

Our approach to interior design is based on three core principles.  

First, interior design services shouldn't break the bank.  We charge by the hour -- that's it.  There are no markups, upcharges, or hidden fees. Our hourly rates are extremely competitive and vary only based on the seniority of the designer you're working with.  All designer/trade discounts we receive are passed on to you, for even more savings.  We offer an initial, one-hour in-home consultation for $50.  After that, you purchase blocks of hourly design time and pay as you go.  Design packages start as low as $500.  It's that easy.

Second, all projects are not created equal.  We completely understand that not every client is looking for a complete, top-to-bottom redesign of their space.  Sometimes you just need a refresh -- you're looking for some help to figure out how to best use what you already have, or you want to update your look with some new pieces but you're not looking to start from scratch.  Whether it's a closet reorganization, a living room makeover, or a full scale brownstone renovation, we're here to help with projects both big and small.   

Third, we work with our clients to help them execute their vision, not ours.  Interior design is a collaborative process, but the designer should always be working to help the client create his or her dream space, not the other way around.  Our experience is that even the most design-challenged people have at least some idea of the direction they want to go in and what they like -- whether it's bright colors, monochromatic, bohemian, mid-century, urban, or ultra-modern.  It's our job to help you get from that idea to a fully realized room.  In the process, we take inventory of how you'll actually use the space -- do you have kids, or pets, do you work from home? -- and we make sure that that you get the look you want in a form that makes the most sense for your life.
